DENTAQUEST

CHANGE IS HARD. DentaQuest was releasing a new provider portal and needed change management comms to help with the transition. I put together an editorial calendar of various communication materials including emails, one-pagers, and video demos. I guided their team on what was needed and when in order to ensure a smooth adoption of the new technology. 

I also coordinated with our in-house creative team on video design elements and voice over. 

The materials were distributed to over 20,000 provider portal users and met with great success. So much so that DentaQuest asked for additional help on their RFP writing, pitch presentations, and additional rebranding efforts which are still underway.
